Q: WHAT IS 5 FREE? 

A: All Nail Glam by Jove’e Co. Nail Lacquers are 5 FREE.  We’ve created a formula that gives the same great wear less the
common harsh chemicals. Our Lacquers are formulated without five harmful toxins that are commonly found in your trend nail
lacquers. Formaldehyde, Toluene, DBP, Formaldehyde Resin, and Camphor.  

Q: WHAT SIZE IS THE NAIL GLAM POLISH? 

A: 15mL / 0.5 fl. oz.; Full size bottles. 

Q: MY NAILS ARE DONE AT A SALON, WHY WOULD I NEED THIS?  

A: Many salons allow you to bring your own nail polish. What if they don’t have the color you’ve wanted to try? Who wants the
polish that everyone else uses on their feet? Having your OWN nail polish is good for your hygiene and also allows you to do
touch-ups at home if needed. 

Q: CAN I SEND POLISHES TO SOMEONE ELSE? 

A: Of course! All Nail Glam orders are beautifully packaged and ready to gift. If you’d like to gift lacquers to a friend be sure to add
special instructions during your check out.

Q: WHAT IS AN ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF PAYMENT? 

A: All major credit cards are accepted. 

Q: DOES JOVEE, CHARGE SALES TAX?  

A: All orders will receive its respective state’s sales tax. 

Q: WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING POLICIES? 

A: All orders are shipped via USPS ground, by either regular first class mail or priority mail. Please allow up to 10 business days for
processing. In an effort to keep shipping costs low and pass the savings on to you, we do not offer the option of tracking
packages.  Shipping available to U.S. and Canada. Enjoy free shipping on US orders of $50 or more! 

Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? 

A: All returns are accepted on unused and/or untampered items in exchange for store credit. Item(s) must be returned within 30
days from date of purchase. Store credit for returned purchases are only good for 30 days after item(s) are received. Please note
purchaser is responsible for all return shipping expenses.  

Q: WHAT IF MY POLISH IS DAMAGED? 

A: Gosh! We hate when that happens. When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping containers to show some wear;  however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately via email at contact@joveeco.com. Please include the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. Please retain all shipping containers, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection. Proof of damaged item(s) will be required to process all exchanges.
